Problem Unlocking with ATT code

AT&T provided me with a 15 digit code to unlock my 830. However, the instructions say it must be either an 8 or 20 digit code. (The code for my 640 was 20 digits and worked). Is there any thing else I can do to unlock the SIM on the phone?

Request the code again. Occasionally they will give you an incorrect code. Might be some system glitch. It has happened to me before.
