Problem update to black update???

First of all , i have problem with loudspeaker. For that i visit nokia care centre, first they format my phone. But, unfortunately it didn't work.So, they sent to headquarter.Now it work fine. Now, i face another problem.While format my phone they installed lumia amber update instant of black (Actually i already update my phone).while i ask about this, they said that i can update it manually.
But, while i check for update, it says that there is no update available. Please help me to update....

update your settings via sysapp pusher like extras+info, touch, glance etc.
