Problem with Android Outlook client - able to handle secure work account / work profiles?

Hi all,
I'm trying to switch from iOS to Android (Samsung Note 20).
In iOS, the Outlook app used to easily handle my multiple personal and my work account.

In Android, it turns out the work account requires a secure profile.
For some reason, even though all of my personal and work accounts are set up ok in google / gmail, I can't manage to add the work account into Android Outlook app.

Any thoughts, experiences, suggestions on how to fix?

Have you tried a different email app, such as Samsung's inbuilt email app?

Laura, I tried your suggestion. Samsung email worked okay.
After that I did retry my same in Outlook, which all of a sudden now works okay.

No idea what was wrong, what changed, and why it now works okay.
