problem with Lumia 920 audio settings

Hello, im notable to access the audio equilizer settings and dolby sound settings in my lumia920. I tried to open audio settings which is,under settings tab. But it is not even opening. To say, i haven't seen any equalizer settings in my lumia yet. Can anybody help me out, im a music freak, i feel like handicaped without tweaking any settings. Thanks in anticipation...

I believe the EQ only works with headphones, not the internal speaker.

but i tried to access audio settings by connecting headphones also, sadly i had no luck there too

I would just like to be able to adjust the audio for different uses. For instance the ringer should have a seperate volume from music, and music should have a seperate volume from games. Sadly, it appears as if it is a one volume fits all situation.
