About 2 months ago I upgraded my lumia 640 XL and at firs it worked just fine, no problems at all.
After a few days it started giving me errors whenever I wanted to download any app or log into my microsoft account in any app that requires that. (except the ones which I had logged in before the problem occurred.)
Every time I turn my phone on, it tells me that my account needs to be fixed, but when I click on it to fix it, I get the same error.
Error: 0x80190005
When I click get to download the app (or other things with the same problem) first a black screen shows up which with these words: "just a moment" and after a long time waiting I get this error and nothing happens.
I really don't know what's wrong.
