Problem with multiple email accts.

I have two email accts on my iPhone5. When I send an email from my A email it shows up in the sent folder of my B email. It shows that it came from the A email. It's really bugging me. If I type a draft email it also shows up in the B email account draft folder. This just started happening a couple months ago. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix this? Thanks!
