Problem with People and Messaging Apps on W10 Mobile Build 10149

I have just updated my lumia 1520 to Windows 10 build 10149, I really love the new looks, but I have a problem with People and Messaging Apps.

When I try to open them I get this message:

Problem with app

There's a problem with People/Messaging. First, try to buy the app. If that doesn't work, you'll need to uninstall the app and then install it again.

I have two options: Uninstall and Buy. Uninstall doesn't work for obviously reasons and the Buy options gives two options Store and Store (Beta), but they do nothing of course...

Did anybody else encountered this problem? And if yes, please share how you solved it!

Having the same issue here, messaging, people, photos, camera (wtf)...can't open any of them bcoz of the error that you mentioned.

Do a hard reset. Fixed it for me and I didn't restore either. Much quicker start up time.
