Problem with Surface Pro 4

Hi

I have problem with my sruface pro 4.

speck:
-i7 , 8gb ram , 256 hard drive

Problems:
- battery only last for like 3-4 hours, and i not event doing like heave task, just web browsing or office.
- not even doing a heavy task and the fan speeds up and its really loud.

- sometimes when i lock the surface using the one/off switch and then try to unlock and it doesn't work i have to reset surface because other ways surface does not respond.

- sometimes when keyboard is connected to the surface the mouse pad does not work.

- in some ceases when clicking right click or typing mouse pad with two fingers at the same time the scroll menu ones in compactly different area.

And there is much more problems with it :<
I don't know if that its just mine one or everyone have problem with this model.

I just bought this model because the battery live on pro 3 i7 was better then pro 3 i5 so i thought it would be exactly the same.
