problem with touch settings

Recently i downgraded from win 10 to 8.1 and updated to denim version. Now i couldn't find touch settings in system settings. Could anyone help me to get it

Try installing sysapp pusher from the store.

'Touch' is normally in the Extras part.
If you cannot find it, install the 'sysapp pusher' app from the store and it will install it for you.

I have downloaded sysapp pusher and tried installing touch settings but its saying "This app isn't available for your device"
Before upgrading to win 10 i have touch settings in denim version of my phone....
