Salve Ragazzi sono nuova del forum e voglio subito esporvi il mio problema...allora ho un nokia lumia 1020 e giorni fa ho messo la preview del update di windows phone 8.1 e andava benissimo fino a quando ieri mattina mi arriva una notifica vado a premere il tasto di accensione per sbloccare la schermata di blocco ma vedo che il touch non funziona evidentemente si era bloccato cosi cerco di fare un soft reset e il telefono riparte per? andava a scatti cosi quando sono tornata a casa ho fatto prima un backup ma mi ero accorta che non c'era la spunta delle foto cosi ho spuntato le foto andando in impostazioni -> backup -> foto e video -> qualit? ottima sia per le foto che per i video e ho rifatto il backup andando in impostazioni -> backup -> app e impostazioni ->esegui il backup ora. Quando ho fatto l'hard reset ed eseguito il backup ho riavuto tutto il backup tranne le foto nel rullino ed ora mi chiedevo come poterle recuperare perch? erano foto a cui tneevo...grazie per l'ascolto buon giornata attendo vostre risposta

Hello Guys I'm new to the forum and want to share with you now my problem ... then I have a nokia lumia 1020 days ago I put the preview of the update to windows phone 8.1 and was fine until yesterday morning I received a notification going to press the power key to unlock the lock screen but I see that the touch does not work obviously was stuck so I try to do a soft reset and the phone restarts but was jerky so when I got home I did before but I had a backup realized that there was no check of the photo so I popped the photos by going to settings -> backup -> photos and video -> excellent quality for both photos and videos that I made the backup going to the Settings -> backup - > apps and settings -> run the backup now. When I did the hard reset and backed up I regained everything back except the photos in the film, and now I was wondering how to get them back because they were photos that tneevo ... thanks for listening good day, look forward to your reply .
