problems after amber pdate

guys I recently updated my l620 to amber at a nokia care center and since then the left part of the touch is not responding means the numbers 1,4,7 are not working even scrolling is not possible using the left portion of the screen and listen to he worst part I cant even lift a call the answer button not responding plz help me guys is there any chance I could revert back my phone to the original state :shocked:

I think you should go back to the nokia care centre and talk to them :smile:

i got my 620 amber update from a nokia care centre but my screen's not as responsive as it used to be, i.e. only the lower part just above the home, back n search keys.. did u take ur phone back to the nokia care centre and did it help?

You can use Navifirm+ to download the older firmware(FW version 1030.6407.1308.0002.) . Then use Nokia Care Suite (Nokia_Care_Suite_5.0_2012.40.5.8) to flash the same.
