Problems with cyan update Lumia 920

Every since updating to 8.1 at the end of every phone call my phone freezes on that screen and I am forced to soft reset. Why????

I have a 720 and today is the second time that the phone is locked (screen turned off) and I can't turn it back on and I have to soft reset. I thought it was a one time thing earlier today, didn't matter, but now just happened again and I'm concerned (kinda).
