Problems with phone.

Hi everyone I'm new here.

I've been having problems with my 920 since that Cyan update was released a few months ago. My phone never did these things until I got the update and only now have I decided to register and see if anyone else is having these problems or if there are any fixes. The two ones I am most annoyed about it that tabs I'm using on Internet explorer will close for no reason while I'm on them, especially when I'm on YouTube. It also freezes alot on the browser and I have to wait about a minute before it unfreezes. The other main problem is that I can no longer receive videos in texts or send images in texts. Usually when someone sends me a video it says something like "click to download" and then the size of the file. Does anyone else suffer this or if there I any fix to them. If not then hopefully an update will be on its way to help.

Never had these issues on my 920 so maybe bad install? Do a soft reset on you phone. If that doesn't work do a hard reset.
