Problems with screenshot

The screenshot function ie pressing power and start screen does not seem to work. All I get is to activate voice command

Press them together, at the same time.

And it's the start button, the one in the middle of back and search button.

Or your lock button is faulty maybe? Try pressing harder.

I had already tried this and yes it works fine as you say the secret is to press really hard. Thanks
