Processor or RAM

I have this doubt for a long time. which is best for windows phone OS - device with 1gb ram and snapdragon 200 processor or a 512mb ram device with a snapdragon 400 processor?

In Windows as far as I remember there is no 1 Gb ram phone with snapdragon 200 processor.
1 Gb ram phones are useful if you are a gamer, otherwise 512 Mb ram will do the job. Processor in Windows phone doesn't matter much as windows phones doesn't lag even with dual core older processors. So at the end its upto you to buy a phone with 1 Gb ram or with 512. According to me 630 is good for 512 ram & 730 is good as a 1 Gb ram phone.

For me processor is important. I don't play games that much, only a chess game and a few puzzle ones occasionally. I would want a fast responsive WP. I would choose snapdragon 400 even with 512 ram any day. The newer lumia sets 730 and 830 have both 1GB ram and 400 processor. Best of both worlds.

Personally I hold RAM above the processor.
