Proper Marketing

My girlfriend and I headed into the ATT store yesterday to put her 920 on Gophone, and there against the wall was this display for the Moto X. To be honest this is a brilliant display. It's like the first thing you are drawn to in the store. Full of color and you can actually touch all the colors...they do feel different for some reason. It's the next best thing since scratch and sniff. But my questions is...why can't Nokia sell like this? they have 2 yellow phones against the wall with all the other phones. Maybe WP8.1 will kick off with some serious marketing. 3% market share here in the US and it shows with the phones hiding in the corner.

Marketing is something MS isn't known for. Nokia not.much better. Until MS can make the OS functionality match other OS's interest in WP will be dismal and shuffled to the side or back of the store. Here in the UK it's not so bad because the market is pretty good but the marketing still sucks.
