Proxy Networks on Windows Phone 8.1

Anyone else having issues using WiFi networks with proxy settings after upgrading to Windows Phone 8.1?

I?m having the same problems. Phone is connected to the WiFi and after asking for the authentication details (User name + Pass) three or four times when trying to connect to the internet through Internet Explorer, just gives up. Extremely frustrating as i?ve just bought surface pro 3 and windows phone. might have to send them back and return to google/android
