Purchase history link in account not working

I've been trying for days together to access the purchase history link once I login to my windows phone account via my PC but it keeps giving me the following error :

Try again later

Something happened, and we can't get to the page you want at the moment. Try again in a little while.

Is anyone else facing this same problem too ?

I have seen a similar error message when going to a app via a link. It may be some trouble with Microsoft's servers.

It's now late December and the problem persists. Except no error. Now it just links to a 'how to' page telling you how to get your purchase history (by clicking on their broken, cyclical link).
