Purchases on Xbox music

Just purchased an album through Xbox Music. One of the songs had an error downloading. Now when o go to the album I have to purchase the individual song or the album again? Is that right? What's gone wrong here?

Can someone help me. I purchased an album and I want to convert the files to MP3 so I can play them on my iPod Touch. Do purchased XBox Music albums contain DRM?

Purchased music does not have drm, and for OP try contacting MSFT support for help redownloading , they've been helpful to me in the past.

The problem is that the album I purchased today on my Windows Phone and then downloaded later to my Windows 7 PC is WMA instead of DRM-free MP3s. What's up with that? I can see AT&T billed me for the album.

It may be possible that some albums are not in mp3 format, but a la carte albums should all.be DRM-free regardless of format, so try converting them using iTunes or Audacity and they should be fine.
