Purchasing a Lumia 620 Digitizer

Good Day,
I want to purchase a new digitizer for my lumia 620...I see two models "Rev1" and "Rev3". I was told to look at the flex cable on the digitizer in order to purchase the correct one. I however do not have the original digitizer. Which do I purchase?
