[Q] Help with new Lumia 800

I bought a used Lumia 800 last night. The OS version on it is "8107.WM7_Main_ship(mojobld).20111207-2014"

Other info:
Firmware: 1600.2473.7720.11400
Hardware revision: 112.1402.2.2
Radio software: 1.6.00.24
Radio hardware: 8255
Bootloader: 7.35.0.0

I can't seem to find much info on it, but from what I gather, this is a developer model? Can this phone be updated to the latest OS version? My phone tells me it's already on the latest OS but this can't be true!

Try to look into the possibility of a refurbish to the latest version through NCS. Wait a few days and "Tango" should be available.

Sounds like you got a developer device and the OS sounds like a custom ROM. Your best bet is to go over to XDA-Developers, to the Lumia 800 section where they have tips on how to flash the stock OS back onto the device.

We're getting Tango sometime tonight.
