Qix where can I get this cool app

In the podcast 38, Qix was mention and was highly recommanded as the application must have on the touch pro and I totally agree. But I cannot find this application anywhere, I search everywhere, modaco, xda-developers. Anyone can help?

P.S. I am not asking for warez, I am welling to pay if it does what it said it does.
