Question about batteries...

I was wondering...I read somewhere that someone uses a Lumia 520/21 battery in their Lumia 620n to give it a longer battery life. Is this possible? Does it fit and if so does it ruin any of the electronic components since it is a more powerful battery? Are all Lumia batteries the same size so they can be swapped? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated
