ive been reading some online articles about charging (lithium) batteries, for phones and/or gadgets
some articles ive read suggests its best to fully discharge/empty the battery prior to recharging it to gain the battery's optimum performance/capacity
some articles ive read says, by doing so, youre decreasing the battery's 500 charge life cycle
on my old Samsung Z170, ive practiced the former for 7 years and up to now its battery is still functional
now im doing the same for my L620, but im concerned that the latter scenario would happen
so how much true is this? based on your experience? which one should i really follow?
