Question about the camera housing

Many users have said if you shake your 920 you can hear the camera rattle around. If the is the case is it possible to break the camera by playing certain games that require flicking the phone or let's say running with it in your pocket? On ios there's flick fishing and to fish you simulate casting your rod by flicking the phone. If the 920s camera is on springs and moves around when the phone shakes I would think it would eventually break or the springs would snap
