Question about WP8 Portico! (8.0.10211.204)!

Windows Phone Portico update was rolled out a couple of months back and I've downloaded the update on my phone. One of the improvements stated was..
"Internet Explorer improvements. You can now change your settings to prevent pictures from downloading automatically ? an easy way to help keep data usage low. You can also delete selected sites from your browsing history and leave the rest intact"

Now, I can delete selected sites from the history but there seems to be no option to disable 'Show pictures automatically'. In my IE settings page, there's:
- Get suggestions from Bing as I type
- Send browsing history to Microsoft to help improve Bing services
- Use SmartScreen Filter to help protect against unsafe websites
- Send a Do Not Track request to websites you visit
- Cookies from websites and apps
- Open links from other apps in and
- Manage storage

but there's no option to not show picture automatically. Does anyone have the same problem too?

It is carrier dependent. Some carriers haven't done so. Let me find the thread. Someone from Verizon had a thread about this few weeks back.

It should be under Internet Explorer settings. So settings -> swipe left -> IE -> advanced settings

I have a Rogers Lumia 920 in Canada with O/S version 8.0.10211.0 I have used the check for update on the phone and it says no update available yet there is 8.0.10211.204 why doesn't my phone ( Lumia920 ) find it
