Question....How do you delete downloaded preview build??

I had Windows Insider installed and was waiting for a more stable build. Was browsing ittoday and thought would just show builds available but now seems I enrolled in fast and says build downloaded and will auto install on June 18th if I don't install. How do I stop it and remove downloaded file.
