Questions on own Windows 10 texts and notifications.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro build 10565 and Windows 10 mobile build 10572 [insider previews]. I'm able to send a text via Cortana on my PC. Cortana alerts my Windows 10 mobile via notification once the text has been sent. I'm unable to receive any texts on my PC however. From what I've read, this should be pretty automatic. What am I missing here? Or is the incoming text ability not yet enabled?
