Quiet at the beginning of calls

Hi,

I work for a company with several Nokia Lumias and one of the guys has an odd problem (I have googled and searched these forums and can't find anyone else with the same). When he starts a call it is silent (although the person he is calling can hear him perfectly) The volume gradually increases until around a minute or so to into the call he can also hear the other user clearly.

Does anyone have any suggestions why this is or how to rectify it?

This is not odd problem i faced the same problem with Nokia-3110C in 2007 that time Nokia replaced with New Transceiver....I hope same thing will apply to Lumia too....
