Quiet Call Volume

In the last day my wife's 822 call volume is so low she can barely hear a call. Anyone have ideas on how to fix it?

Yes, the volume is at max.

Appears like its a hardware defect , if it is still under warranty , they will surely fix it up or will replace that for you good luck .
