Anyone tell me if there's a third party RAKO App (lighting control) available for windows phone 8?

I am only seeing their software for Android and Apple. Have you tried bringing it up in your phone browser locally on WiFi?:

HTTP://RAKOBRIDGE and press Enter. If this fails and if the PC is running the “Bonjour” service, then try typing RAKOBRIDGE.LOCAL
