Random tablet detaching? tablet part getting loose?

After getting my SB2 off my bag, I would here the system sound for when the tablet detaches (minus the clicking sound) plus the "auto rotate on" sign on the top left and the "attached" sign in the bottom.

I gonna try to attach a short video. Couldn't catch the auto rotate on sign. My tapatalk app won't let me do it right now.

AM I the only one having this issue?

My warranty ends in December and want to see if this is something I need to exchange my book for.

Might be a one-off issue. If you have warranty, I'd go ahead and contact MS support and see what your options are.
