RBC Canada app not in Windows Store

This seems to be strange.
I live in Canada and my region is set to Canada on my windows 8 labtop

I am unable to find RBC Canada app in Windows 8 store.

when I try to go from the link
RBC Canada app for Windows in the Windows Store

it takes to me to the main screen of windows store

Anyone else having this issue? anyone can help on this?

It shows up as one of the "Spotlight" apps for me. The publisher is 'Royal Bank of Canada', maybe search for that?

i did and still nothing.

Do you see any other Canada specific apps? CBC, TSN, Globe and Mail, CFL etc.

Its been showing up on my 'spotlight' for a while now and I have also found it under finance.

yea i can find CBC, TSN etc except RBC; what could be wrong?
