Some suggestions:

The UI is too simple, if it is meant to be that way you could include pretty nice graphics. For example Love is in the air could be depicted by a couple in spring or something like that. (photoshop the hell out of it). Also live tiles are a big plus for apps , maybe you could include more design into that too.

The app icon is misleading, prepare a proper icon for the app which signifies weather.

Good idea though , I see a lot of scope

Is it basically for the live tile? I would try to explain more in your store description.

So in next release I'll improve the UI and make it clear that the it is basically for the live tile!
