Receieved two 920's, AT&T charged for one??

So I cancelled my preorder last week and went bought a red 920 on 11/9 instore. Fast forward today I just received another red 920 which I cancelled last week over the phone. And At&t charged me only for one phone. What you guys say? I think they will eventually find out.

Conscious says return it....but then again I don't feel like showing any goodness to them after they wasted my so much time while ordering 920.

I'd keep it because it would undo all the headaches they gave me while dealing with their stupid customer service reps on the phone and in store.

I'd keep it because of them trying to screw their customers by eliminating cost friendly plans for more expensive plans.

And if you're not? Send it back. It's that simple. I was sent a second Xbox 360 on accident when I sent mine in for RROD repair back in early 2006. I shipped it back asap. Do the right thing.

Send it back. They should pay for the shipping. If you feel like they're trying to screw you then the proper response is to leave, not to keep property that isn't yours. Chances are they'll figure it out eventually anyway.

I think you should keep it but leave it untouched for like a month, if they ask for it then ship it back on their dime after that month or two, keep it!!!

I did a thing actually about when ATT was going to be Tmobile ... I forget the specifics but this is just off the top ... basically what ever ATT was paying Tmobile ended up to be like 1000-1500 a customer ... most ppl pay close to that if not more in a year ... so basically what they were paying Tmobile they would of made that money back in around a year or so of just the new customers they would have

I think I'm in the same boat as you. I called att earlier and they said I never ordered a Lumia 920 when I did last Friday. So he placed a note on my account so I can get it right away and now I have a Lumia. When I check my account it still says an order is being processed...im guessing once att gets a shipment of phones I'll be getting another Lumia in the mail and only 1 contract extension
