Received a Nokia update yesterday did anyone else?

Hi all,

I've got a 1020 on O2, its already updated to GDR3 but yesterday I received another Nokia update yesterday which required a reboot then got the cogs for a few mins then a few mins more going through the restoration process. Did anyone else get this update or any ideas what this was?
Just to add I had some real serious problems with ghosting keyboard presses beforehand which have gone since I upgraded.
