I have set up a Microsoft account on my Nokia Lumia 630 I can send emails without a problem but I cannot receive any emails from my bt internet account
In the Outlook settings I have set the following, download new content as items arrive. Download email from any time. my user name is the same as my BT internet account and my password is the same too. The server on my 630 phone is given as snt404-m.hotmail.com. WiFi is on as I can send emails. The message at the top of the mobile phone inbox states it is up to date but I am not seeing the emails I get on my main PC, Laptop and tablet
