how do i set up my outlook on my phone to be able to recieve? i can sync with my pc and pull up anything that i have recieved on my pc and i can send email i believe with my phone outlook but i can not recieve on my phone. does push email have something to do with it because under comm manager direct push won't light up or anything like the other options.

Are you getting your email from an exchange server? The thing to do is set up your email account on the phone directly via the activesync application.
