Recommendations for universal apps?

I just bought a Groove Music Pass at the Microsoft Store, and now have a $50 gift card for apps, music, movies & TV shows. Since I don't normally buy digital music and am not big on movies and TV shows, I need some recommendations for universal apps? Also I don't play many games, but may look into a couple if they interest me.
