Recover games listed as "no longer available" when it is

Hi guys. Got a 1520 with 9,free xbox games to download which I did with 8.0. Updated to 8.1 DP and xbox games were there. Deleted DP to get official 8.1 with cyan and now the xbox games are saying no longer available (earthworm jim, modern combat4 etc...) if I downgrade to 8.0,will I be able to re-download the games again? Then officially get the 8.1,with cyan?
