Redfly connection manager initalization error

I am using a LG KS-20 wm6.0 device.
As I have installed the driver and try to connect my phone with Redfly.
There is a error message and it is about initialization error of redfly connection manager. Can this error be solved?

Tried reinstalling the driver? Soft reset? Hard reset? Connecting via bluetooth? USB? What have you done to troubleshoot it?
