In the following article, you've mentioned that Lenovo Y520 is barely VR ready as the 1050ti passes the minimum benchmarks.

But after doing some research on the internet, it seems most users were not able to use the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive because the HDMI output is hardwired to the internal graphics, and the headset doesn't even detect the graphics card. It will forcefully run on the integrated graphics instead. Could you please confirm the contradiction between the article are these reports? Also, was the person who wrote the article able to get the VR headset to run with the GPU?
