regarding nokia in ear headsets

I purchased nokia Lumia 920 way back in April 2012(still under warranty) but yesterday my ear headsets provided in is malfunctioned. The right side works good but the left side doesn't work. it sometimes work when I twist the cables lol but again the left side wont function. I was thinking to go to nokia repair centre on Monday since I have a off from my work on Monday.
my question is are these headsets also a part of warranty! ? and oh I am from India (New Delhi)

It's worth a shot, but I think you can get some better earphones for a relatively small amount of money....the stock ones are better than I come to expect but they aren't fantastic...

I think the box items like charger and earphones generally comes with 6 months warranty.
You can try though..
