Release Preview Ring latest version number?

Hi, I have a Lumia 730 and I read that it won't be getting the creator's update officially, so I finally decided to enable the Windows Insider Program ans chose release preview ring. I got a small update and now the phone shows that it is up to date but the version number the phone shows is 10.0.14393.953 which I suppose is the version number of Redstone 1, that is, Anniversary update. Am I right?

Anyway, how do you get the creator's update using the Insider rings?

Yes,it's not available in release preview ring for phones
