Removed or bypass ID Microsoft

Someone can help me to removed or bypass UEFI or bitelocker on surface book (Microsoft)

UEFI is basically the system BIOS, and I don't think you want to "bypass" that unless you'd like your Surface Book to be an expensive paperweight. Bitlocker is an optional (but on by default) feature and can be disabled from within Windows.
