To be honest, you're probably going to need a whole LCD and digitizer assembly together. It's possible to separate just the digitizer and use LOCA to re-glue it, but it's super difficult to get the digitizer off without breaking the LCD. And even then, the repair looks terrible.
Also, the cheap replacement screens sold online for phones are garbage. Your best option is to buy a broken phone or one with a bad IMEI and swap the OEM screen from that one. The Chinese ones have dead spots and/or inaccurate touches. I've repaired a lot of phones and tablets, and I've never seen a Chinese replacement meet the same quality as OEM. The 950 series isn't too difficult to take apart, and the typical 3M adhesive strips held mine together fine when I repaired it.
