Replacing my Nokia Lumia 810 .Need a 4.5-5 inches lumia that support 1700 & 2100mhz

Hi

i'm thinking of changing my Lumia 810 and before i try to look for an unlocked t-mobile Lumia 925 on eBay.

Is there another Lumia with a screen in the of 4.5 to 5 inch that support the 1700 & 2100 frequency out there ?

All i see on eBay about unlock 925 are att version that doesn't support those bands.

Any suggestion ?

Current options: Ativ S (T899M), Lumia 920 (Rogers), Lumia 925 (T-Mobile), Lumia 1020 (Rogers)...

These are the ones I can think of, out of these the Ativ S is the cheapest for a non-Lumia, Rogers 920/925 next

Thanks for your answer. I think i'll look for the 1020 since the 920 is nowhere to be found on the rogers web site and i'm afraid to getting stuck with another soon to be EOL phone like last time.
