FYI... we're looking into an IP ban for this jerk to slow him down. On a positive note.. and least he keeps his name easy to see and doesn't know enough to clear his cache.

Update: Not going to IP ban, but he's making it easy enough to see him right away and ban. He'll get tired/bored and move on when he gets no response.
