Reselling a Phone with 8.1 On it

Hi,

Does anyone know what would happen if I sold a Windows Phone with 8.1 to someone who isn't signed up to the Developer Preview? I have a phone which is ready to go on eBay but I don't want to sell something to someone if they can't use it.

Why not revert it back to Windows Phone 8?

Just do a hard reset and sell it . It will still have the wp8.1 update and when cyan update comes out he will get it without a developer account
