Reset Security Settings?

I just upgraded my BJ to WinMo 6 and when I was putting in my exchange settings i was asked to create a device lock password. I was able to make it so that I have to put in the password if the device is not used for 24 hours but now it shows up whenever I try to unlock my phone.

There is a setting called Reset in Security, does anybody know what that does and if it will reset to default settings so maybe I can stop having to put in the password on every key unlock?

If exchange is enforcing security policy, there's really no *great* way around it. sorry.
